RETURNS

365 DAY RETURNS POLICY

This returns policy relates to all products bought from this website www.thefunkyironcompany.com - if you bought one of our products from a retailer in the UK or Ireland, you will have to return it to the particular retailer, whose returns policy is likely to be 30 days.

Our policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all original swing tickets.

To complete your return, click here to go to the online returns section and follow the process accordingly. Make sure that all information is fully completed and then arrange for your product to be returned to our Returns Department to the address provided.

Exchanges 

If you are returning a product to us because you would like to exchange it for another colour, click here to go to the online returns section and follow the process accordingly. Make sure that all information is fully completed and then arrange for your product to be returned to our Returns Department to the address provided.

We aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible. Typically, this would be no later than 3 working days from the receipt of your package in our Returns Department. Please allow a further 3 to 5 days after that for your exchange delivery to arrive.

Refunds 

If you are returning your product to us for a refund, it will need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original box packaging as well as having all original swing tickets on the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This normally takes 3 to 5 working days for the funds to show back on your card.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

When we process a refund which is received at our Returns Department, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t received a confirmation email and you think you should have done by now, then please contact us by email: info@thefunkyironcompany.com 

If you have received a confirmation email, but the refund isn't yet showing on your card or in your bank account, then please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows in your account or on your card.

Sale Items (If Applicable) 

If your product was bought whilst on sale, any refund would be for the sale price and not the original retail price.

Returns Shipping Address 

To return your product(s), you should send to: The Returns Department, The Funky Iron Company, Brookdale Farm, Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9EA, United Kingdom. Please do not send any product back without first completing the online returns process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, with the exception of a product which is found to be faulty for whatever reason. In this instance, the shipping costs will be refunded to you, provided that you have sent an email to: info@thefunkyironcompany.com with a scanned copy / photo of your receipt.

Trackable Shipping Service

When returning your product to us, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service. Without a trackable shipping service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
