United Kingdom and Ireland Orders & Delivery
For the United Kingdom, we offer two delivery services:
1) A Free UK Standard Delivery service which takes 2 working days and is shipped by Royal Mail Signed For if you place your order by 4pm on weekdays.
2) A £7.95 UK Next Day Delivery service which is shipped by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked if you place your order by 4pm Monday to Thursday.
For Ireland, we offer one delivery service:
1) A £7.50 Standard Delivery service which takes between 3 and 5 days.
International Country Information & Voltage
We do not currently ship outside of the UK and Ireland, but we expect this to change very soon. Once the UK specification Funky Iron has successfully established itself, we will stock a range of Funky Irons with a European plug and we will also introduce a lower voltage Funky Iron for the United States of America and other lower voltage countries.
What type of plug do the Funky Irons have on them?
The new range of Funky Irons are supplied with a UK plug and the voltage of the irons is 220v to 240v.
Can I track my delivery?
All deliveries are trackable and will require a signature at the final destination. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. If you change your mind, you can return the order to us for a refund or an exchange.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.
I have a problem with my delivery.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email along with a link to be able to fully track your order once the order has been received by the local processing hub (this can typically be a few hours after your order leaves our warehouse). You can then track your order through to delivery. Should you have a problem, give the Customer Services team a call on +44 (0)800 2545 118 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
I have received the wrong product.
In the unlikely event that the team have sent you the wrong product or colour, please go to the Returns page on this website and follow the instructions. Select the appropriate reason for the return, complete the online process and send your order back to our Returns Department. They will either process an exchange or refund. If you email email@example.com your receipt for returning the order to us, we will refund you this sum against your original order.
Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed.
Deliveries will be made the next day if your order has been placed before 4pm between Monday and Thursday. If you order on a Friday before 4pm, this will go out for next day delivery on the Monday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the Monday and will go out for next day delivery on the Tuesday.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date then please check with your neighbours to see if the courier has left the parcel at their house, also check any safe areas that the driver may have left your parcel, such as the garden shed or porch.

If you still can’t find your parcel or want an update on your order, then please contact our Customer Services team quoting your order number.
I have a faulty/damaged item(s).
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Services team who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.
